Research Methods
Methods that I will use in my project are the literature and interview method. I will collect some data from the internet and interview for my object (tourist attractions) information and other data from books also internet for the theory that I use in my final project.
Firstly, I will do a survey to the DISBUDPAR of the city to get the information about what tourist attractions that available in that city actually are. I will use the interview method one, because it will more convenient if we use this method to get some information from the institutions.
After I get the information about the tourist attractions, I will do a survey to some of the tourist attractions in order to get more information about the places. I will take some pictures and collect some data about the tourist attractions itself such as it locations, facilities, accommodations, transportations, some public services that available near the places and other information that need to be include in my guidebook.
Next, I will collect some theories that related to my final project –making a product- such as the explanation about tourism in general, the types of tourist attractions and also the language that use in a guidebook in order to inform the reader about those tourist attractions without make them bored and make them interest and influenced to visit the places. Besides, I will explain a brief about the computer software that I use in making the guidebook. In this case, I will use Adobe Photoshop software to make my product looks well and comfortable to be read.
